	        Dogs (and their owners) have selected Block Island as the place to be, according to a survey by Animal Print Magazine. The regional pet publication named Block Island “the best weekend getaway with a pet,” said editor Stephanie Georgia. It also hailed Block Island’s Gothic Inn, owned by Ben and Toube Wohl, as the best pet-friendly hotel anywhere, be it New England, Europe or China.
