What They Wore When: “Head Count”

If there ever was a winter event more unique than what goes on in Punxsutawney, Penn., every Feb. 2,  it’s the Block Island Groundhog Day census. It’s a tradition rich in amusement and style, not unlike a captivating accessory. Among the cast of characters that ventured to Old Island Pub to count and be counted, we spotted some fetching hats that really stood out in the crowd.
