Public Notice
Notice to all concerned parties who own vessels that have been left on Andy’s Way, the beach at the Narragansett Inn, the beach between the Boat Basin and Champlins Marina, AND the beach across from the National Hotel in Old Harbor, you will have until November 1, 2013 to remove your vessel from the areas stated above or the Harbors Department will have them removed at the owner’s expense.  Please contact the Office of the Harbormaster at 401-466-3204 for questions.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of New Shoreham Zoning Board of Review will be in session at the Town Hall, Old Town Road on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at 5:00 PM for a regular meeting.  
All persons interested will be heard for or against the granting of the following applications under the Zoning Ordinances:
1. Payne’s1614 Realty, LLC. Plat 5, Lot 111. Appeal of a Notice of Violation dated July 1, 2013.
2. Payne’s 1614 Realty, LLC. Plat 5, Lot 111. Application for a Special Use Permit under Sections 408, 409 and 703 regarding Payne’s Harbor View Inn.

INVITATION TO BID

Separate sealed Bids will be received by the Town of New Shoreham for: repair of the West wall at the Coast Guard Station on or before 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 23, 2013  at the office of the Town Manager and will be publicly opened and read in public.
Specifications may be obtained on the town’s website @ www.new-shoreham.com or by email; townmanager@new-shoreham.com.
All bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes, clearly marked repair of the West wall at the Coast Guard Station and should also bear on the outside, the bidder’s name and address.

No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bid.
The Town reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to accept the Bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Town.  The Town reserves the right to reject any bid not submitted in accordance with the provisions set forth herein and may waive any informalities and all bids.  Conditional bids will not be accepted.  The Town does not obligate itself to accept the lowest or any other bids.
