Camp Counselor 25 hrs/wk, $10.27-$13.75/hr, assist Camp Director in the day to day operations of Camp Mohegan; Beach Manager up to 40 hrs/wk, $15.00 -$18.00/hr, responsible for the day to day operations at the Town Beach. Public Notice
RI DEM parking permits for the lot in Galilee will be on sale at the Police Station on Monday, April 22, 2013 from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Parking passes are available at the DEM Galilee office starting this week from 8:30 am. to 4:00 pm.  Sufficient passes will be reserved for the 22nd.

IN RE:  INTERSTATE NAVIGATION COMPANY’S APPLICATION TO MODIFY CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE (CPCN) NO. W-1169 TO OPERATE A FAST FERRY BETWEEN POINT JUDITH AND NEWPORT AND TO RELINQUISH CONVENTIONAL FERRY CPCN NO. 2 AND NO. 3 - DOCKET NO. D-13-19                        
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rhode Island General Laws, §§ 39-1-1 and 39-3-3, as amended, the Division of Public Utilities and Carriers (the “Division”) will conduct a public hearing on Friday, April 19, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. in Hearing Room B of the Division of Public Utilities and Carriers, located at 89 Jefferson Boulevard, Warwick, Rhode Island.
At this hearing, the Division will examine the propriety of an application by the Interstate Navigation Company (“Interstate”) seeking approval to modify its Fast Ferry CPCN No. W-1169 dated January 18, 2012 to add authority to operate a seasonal fast ferry water carrier of passengers and freight from Point Judith to Newport.  Upon approval of Interstate’s application to modify CPCN W-1169, Interstate seeks to relinquish its Conventional Ferry CPCN No. 2 (between Newport and Block Island) and CPCN No. 3 (between Newport and Point Judith) dated June 25, 1954.     
The application is on file for examination at the office of the Division.   Reference is made to Chapters 39-1, 39-3 and 42-35 of the RI General Laws.
The Division of Public Utilities and Carriers is accessible to the handicapped.  Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the Clerk’s office at 780-2107 seventy-two hours in advance of hearing date.
