Providence Journal editorial: Deepwater fee waiver

An editorial in Monday's Providence Journal is "somewhat sympathetic to Deepwater Wind's request for the waiver of a $700,000 fee to the Rhode Island Coastal Resources Management Council for the firm's application to build a five-turbine wind farm off Block Island."

The article calls for a quick CRMC answer to Deepwater's request.
