We are continuously trying to offer new activities that might be of interest to you. This week Barbara Battey is teaching our first Arts and Crafts Class. Please come and enjoy this activity, and take home a bracelet that you can keep and admire, or give away as a gift!

Also, we have two new forms of exercise. We are offering them as free introductory classes this week, because we want you to find a style of exercise that you enjoy. These promise to be the perfect classes to carry you though the winter months. Robin Lewis and Cindy Kelly have worked hard to set up routines for your enjoyment.

Mabel’s is making homemade meals available to you on alternating days from the Lunch Bunch and the Soup Group. This is a new service that we want to offer you so you can have a tasty, nutritious meal, almost everyday, delivered to your door with love. Give Lonnie Todd a call to have a meal made for you.

Lastly, don’t forget we have some awesome, absolutely incredible trips lined up for you to carry you right into the holidays. Check ‘em out and call to sign up!
