(David Ogilvy & Associates Realtors) The home and 50.5-acre property, previously owned by timber mogul John Rudey, includes 12 bedrooms, a 4,000-foot-wide beach, two offshore islands, a solarium, a grass tennis court, greenhouses, and a heated pool.
