Want a Different Day? Learn to Meditate with Deepak Chopra and Oprah Winfrey. Well, in theory that is! In order to help more of us learn to meditate, they have put together a free 21 day, online program that is so easy to follow. It takes about 20-30 minutes per day, and can be done anytime and even if you skip a day or two the benefits are tremendous. You will feel a difference in your day, so join us for the kick off at the Community Center or do it privately from your own home. I challenge you to try this. The meditation is called Perfect Health and can be found online here. http://www.chopracentermeditation.com
