Helping Hands of Block Island, Inc., a non-profit ecumenical organization serving Block Island's hungry, will be starting up its free food distributions again this Wednesday, October 24th!  Distributions take place from the Rec Center area under Harbor Church and are usually every other Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., but sometimes on the third Wednesday (due to the holidays), so be sure to check this website's calendar for the dates!  We can no longer meet recipients at the pantry during odd hours, so please stick to the schedule!  Thank you to all of you generous donors!  Donations are tax-deductible and may be sent to PO Box 165 here on Block Island.
