"Alpenglow" Hydrangea

It has been said that the color of Hydrangea "Alpengluhen" is closest to the "Golden Hour of Light". This optical phenomenon occurs when the sun is just below the horizon. A glowing red band can sometimes be observed on the opposite horizon. A recent customer to the farm was stunned to learn that we carry this particular cultivar from her homeland of Sweden.
