ACOE Extends Comment Period re Deepwater Wind

The public comment period for Deepwater Wind's offshore wind farm project for Block Island has been extended by the Army Corps of Engineers to better coincide with the comment periods of other State organizations.  The new deadline is February 10, 2013.  Read it for yourself:
